To many people, home packing is an arduous chore done out of necessity. However for members of our elite packing service, home packing is an art-form, a way to express their more artistic side, well arts & craft anyway! What can take a family days and weeks to accomplish we can do in a few hours.

The amount of home packing you may require will vary, this is why we are able to carry this out on either flexible hourly rates or by fixed priced quote inspections. Also, further to this, there are different levels of packing you may require depending on how far you are moving and the level of protection you require.

Basic / Limited pre-pack

This is the simplest form of home packing. A team of dedicated packers will come to your address of residence and, according to your packing schedule, will pack everything you require into removals cartons. Any items that require special attention should be made aware to our packers such that we can use the best possible method for ensuring the safe transportation.

Usually all mattresses & loungers will be bagged ready for transport. You should also make the packers aware of anything that you are going to need prior to transportation, such that it can be left out. As the pre-packing is carried out in the days prior to the uplift, part of the home packing service is to leave all the packed removals cartons & other items in an unobtrusive place, such that it is easy to access at the time of the removal, but also so you have the best possible working household in the time you may have to still live at the residence.

Comprehensive / International pre-pack

If you are moving overseas, interstate, even locally, and you wish your items to be properly protected then a comprehensive pre-pack is mandatory. Whilst a limited pre-pack stops after they packed everything into removals cartons, the comprehensive pack makes sure everything would be safe to transport internationally. This includes the use of bubble-wrap and cardboard corrugate to ‘shape-pack’ everything to avoid any accidental damage in transit.

A comprehensive pack will always cost more than a limited pre-pack of the same size, due to the extra time & material required, however it is up to the customer to decide what level of protection they will be requiring for their move.
